Requirements For Parents
You have to give an immigration medical exam in order to be eligible to enter Canada.
An invitation letter is required from your sponsor which would include their oath of financial support, their P.R. or citizenship credentials, and a list of individuals in their household.
Medical insurance from a Canadian insurance firm is required with at least $100,000 coverage and a minimum of one year of validity from your entry date.
Medical insurance should cover health care, and hospitalization, and be valid for different entries to Canada within that time period.
Sponsor Your Parents And Grand Parents
The income could be proved through a copy of your notice of assessment NOA, a recent copy of your T1 or T4, a job offer letter stating your designation, wage, and job description, evidence of other income sources, and recent pay stubs.

Sign a promise of financial support and minimum income requirements.
