Job Offer Requirements
The Alberta tech pathway has exceptional job offer requirements. The job offer or agreement should be signed by you and your Alberta employer and must include details of your employment.
The offer should be full-time, constant, and for at least twelve months. The salary should meet the provincial minimum wage and any requirements set out in an LMIA if applicable.
If a candidate doesn’t have an LMIA, their pay should meet the starting wage for their field across every industry in Alberta.

What Is Alberta Tech Accelerated Pathway?
The Alberta Tech Accelerated Pathway is linked with AAIP – Alberta Advantage Immigration Program, a provincial nominee program operated by the Alberta province.
How Can I Apply For A Temporary Work Permit?
You can apply for a temporary work permit if you are nominated successfully through the Alberta Tech Pathway. They will issue a work permit letter.
How To Apply For Alberta Tech Accelerated Pathway?
